Minimum 2 Years Work Experience in the Industry (Committee Leads: Min 4 years work experience and prior organizational experience mandatory)
Attend board (every 6 weeks) and committee (twice a month) meetings regularly
Be prepared to commit 10-12 hours per month, on average
Engage in fundraising and promotion of BIA’s mission and values
Maintain high ethical standards that properly reflect a proactive member of the Diversity and Inclusion community.
Programming — Will develop in-person and virtual events specific to BIA’s mission across a range of regions.
Content — Develop the content strategy for BIA’s monthly features and manage contributor submissions.
Communications — Maintain BIA’s style across all channels (digital, social, print, and experiential) and manage creative strategy + production for Programming and the Content Team.
Partnerships — Nurture productive and authentic partnerships with organizations, businesses, and individuals to support the mission of BIA.
